Kim Kardashian has been left in tears after cruel comments about her ‘real body’, new reports have claimed.<\/p>\n

The mum-of-two sparked headlines this week after pap pictures of her bum \u2013 complete with cellulite \u2013 went viral.<\/p>\n

The star has been partying in Mexico with sister Kourtney Kardashian and a group of friends, but the focus has been all on her and her ‘candid’ shots in a skimpy bikini.<\/p>\n

And now Kim has been shaken by her fans’ reaction to her body, with several commenting about how it looked ‘ruined’ by plastic surgery and pointing out her apparent flaws.<\/p>\n

“Kim is crushed that people are being so mean to her about the cellulite on her butt,” a source told Radar.co.uk<\/span>.<\/p>\n

“Kim was almost in tears, almost crying about how sadistic people are.”<\/p>\n

On what was meant to be a happy vacation to celebrate Kourtney’s birthday, Kim has been trying to put on a brave face in spite of the backlash \u2013 even tweeting a jokey message about her “flawless body”.<\/p>\n

“Kim feels like she just gets abused over everything lately and it is depressing for her,” the source went on.<\/p>\n

“She isn’t used to being so hated.”<\/p>\n

To make matters worse, older sister Kourt \u2013 who has three children compared to Kim’s two \u2013 has been Instagramming herself in a clingy one-piece with her own bum on display.<\/p>\n

Posting a snap of herself wearing the leopard-print swimsuit while standing next to an infinity pool, Kourtney cheekily captioned it: “This is how we do it down in Puerto Rico.”<\/p>\n

She’d earlier ‘grammed a picture of herself reclining on a sunlounger with her slender stomach and protruding ribs plain for all to see, writing over the top it: “Siesta.”<\/p>\n

Kim has struggled with her body insecurity for years, even refusing to go out in public while she was losing the weight from North’s birth.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, she stepped out in a red, white and green number looking more confident about her body.<\/p>\n

In fact, she was almost upstaged by her world-famous asset – especially as the skimpy material barely covered her modesty.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the bold sighting left some fans wondering whether the star had deliberately – or perhaps surgically – gained weight on her upper thighs, or whether her choice of clothing simply gave that illusion.<\/p>\n

Previously, Kim has denied any such procedures – even having her buttocks X-rayed on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.<\/p>\n

We asked E4 Body Fixers star and celebrity favourite, Dr Esho from The Esho Clinic, for an insiders’ opnion.<\/p>\n

He said: “Kim Kardashian has always remained secretive about her cosmetic surgery, whilst her body has gone through a number of notable changes throughout her career.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom these photos it seems likely she may have undergone a procedure called the Brazilian Butt Lift, which is a popular treatment in my clinic.<\/p>\n

“This is where fat is grafted and removed from the the thighs and stomach using liposuction. Then, the fat is then injected and sculpted into the buttocks giving a much more full, round and lifted look.”<\/p>\n

However, he insists, patients must be careful to avoid an unnatural look.<\/p>\n

“People must take care with this procedure as it’s important to keep and ideal ratio between thighs, the waist and the buttocks,” he said. “Too much can give a very unnatural finish.”<\/p>\n

Kim has never admitted to having work done on her bum.<\/p>\n\n
