The reality star shared a picture of the youngster being tended to in hospital<\/h2>\n

Kim Zolciak’s four-year-son had to be rushed to hospital after being bitten by a dog.<\/p>\n

The Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star revealed Kash Biermann suffered “traumatic” injuries during the incident over the weekend.<\/p>\n

On Sunday Kim posted a picture of the youngster, who she has with husband Kroy Biermann, being tended to as he lays on a hospital bed.<\/p>\n

Alongside the photo a distraught Kim told her followers she’d been in a “living nightmare”.<\/p>\n

She wrote: “I don’t know where to start. The last 14hrs of our lives has been a living nightmare. Sweet @kashbiermann was bit by a dog and had very traumatic injuries.<\/p>\n
