In 2006, Sch\u00e4fer participated in the first season of Germany\u2019s Next Top Model<\/em>. She finished eighth place in the competition. Even though she was eliminated from that show, plenty of doors began opening for Micaela, and she found herself participating in a slew of TV programs.<\/p>\n
