The most obscene and outrageous star in the country speaks ahead of the launch of his hilarious Sky 1 series<\/p>\n

\u201cI just wish we were all having sex right now, to be honest\u201d, he says. \u201cNo, I really do. Mike can go.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not quite what I was expecting on a warm spring afternoon when I arrived at the classy Charlotte Street Hotel in central London to interview one of the UK\u2019s biggest-selling stand-up comedians.<\/p>\n

But within moments of meeting him I realise I am not just face-to-face with any old comic\u2009.\u2009.\u2009.\u2009I am speaking to the most obscene and outrageous star in the country.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Micky Flanagan gives a guided tour through his mind as he digs into more issues occupying his thoughts<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In the first episode Micky Flanagan gets a roll on tan in a Mr World contest in Mersyside<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

There are six episodes in the first season and Micky Flanagan meets a range of wacky personalities like Anaconda the amateur wrestler<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

During our 40-minute chat Micky asks if I\u2019m into penis puppetry, recalls the moment a female wrestler got on top of him and wails as if he is being flogged in the bedroom.<\/p>\n

The East Londoner is in a chipper mood, sitting opposite me in a casual pair of jeans and a checked shirt ahead of the launch of his hilarious Sky 1 series Thinking Aloud.<\/p>\n

I\u2019d like to have it again\u2026 just not as hard. I\u2019d prefer a gentle flogging<\/p>\n

Micky On SPANKING<\/span><\/cite><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Micky\u2019s TV credits \u00adinclude Mock the Week, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Room 101, Have I Got News for You and Live at the Apollo.<\/p>\n

His award-winning Back In The Game notched up 129 shows, becoming the biggest-selling stand-up tour and DVD of 2013.<\/p>\n

And next month he will be on the road again. But while his stand-up routine is far from PC, today\u2019s \u00adconversation is positively X-rated.<\/p>\n

He admits to liking being a \u2018spankee\u2019<\/p>\n

Micky gets down to business with the topic of spanking while Mike, the director of his Sky 1 show, his agent and \u00adpublicists watch nervously.<\/p>\n

Pretending to brandish a whip while making a whooshing sound, he says: \u201cBeing spanked was something I\u2019ve always wanted to do. There\u2019s not a man out there who doesn\u2019t think, \u2018I wonder if I\u2019m a secret spankee?\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you had a boyfriend, you\u2019d want to be spanked. I like to explore things \u2014 I wanted to know how it felt to be hit hard on the bottom.<\/p>\n

Micky On WILLIES<\/span><\/cite><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cSpanking is everywhere at the moment. Everybody just wants to be spanked \u2014 and yeah, I did it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would do it again but not as hard. I\u2019d like a \u00adgentle flogging.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe all have our parameters. I think everyone should try spanking.\u201d<\/p>\n

But he has one crucial piece of advice to give me on the topic.<\/p>\n

He adds: \u201cIf you do like it then try not to be too loud. We live in such a small city with very thin walls.<\/p>\n

The comic, who has son Max, ten, with wife Cathy, is speaking about S&M after learning how to be submissive for his new TV series.<\/p>\n

Thinking Aloud explores the topics that keep him up at night, including class, midlife crises\u2009.\u2009.\u2009.\u2009and spanking.<\/p>\n

Micky is one of the UKs biggest selling stand-up comedians<\/p>\n

He is known for his obscene and provocative style<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Micky’s latest series examines all the stuff that keeps him up at night<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

During his travels he meets plus-size strippers, gets a roll-on tan and is surrounded by beautiful young women at a Mr World contest in \u00adSouthport, Merseyside.<\/p>\n

But when it comes to getting spanked, will he able to switch from his usual dominant role between the sheets and become the underdog?<\/p>\n

He says: \u201cIn the bedroom I wear a suit of armour and I\u2019ve normally got a horse. I charge at the woman.
\n\u201cIt\u2019s sort of jousting. I don\u2019t think she knows I\u2019m coming. Then I sail on to the next one. I thought for once it would be nice to be the one who is slightly worried.\u201d<\/p>\n

Micky is not ashamed to reveal his views \u2014 and body \u2014 as he strips down to a pair of tiny pants to meet a group of bodybuilders.<\/p>\n

And he thinks more people should accept male genitals for what they are.<\/p>\n

He says: \u201cThe penis is found to be quite offensive. It shouldn\u2019t be. In TV and films it can cause uproar. This tiny little thing flapping around \u2014 really?<\/p>\n

\u201cDo you think we are ever going to see an erect penis on the BBC? I think it will be on The One Show. It\u2019s definitely going to be.\u201d<\/p>\n

Micky On MAKING LOVE<\/span><\/cite><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Micky does his bit to destroy the taboo surrounding todgers when he meets a man with a little penis (it\u2019s \u201cfive inches with a good wind\u201d).<\/p>\n

He also goes to Las Vegas and watches the infamous Puppetry Of The Penis show.<\/p>\n

He says: \u201cTwo guys make different shapes with their penises.<\/p>\n

\u201cOne of them put a picture of Kim \u00adKardashian down there. Then one of them made it look like E.T. and put a torch on it. People were offended by it in a city where almost everything is open \u2014 prostitution, 24-hour gambling, no doubt easy to get drugs\u2009.\u2009.\u2009.\u2009but a penis? How appalling.\u201d<\/p>\n

Micky appeared on ‘Was it Something I Said’ with Richard Ayoade and David Mitchell<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Micky is still on the most in demand stand-up comics in UK<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

After leaving school at 14 with no qualifications, Micky worked on building sites, set up a furniture repair company and dabbled with painting and decorating before becoming a full-time comic.<\/p>\n

He describes \u00adhimself as a \u201csolid working-class man.\u201d So it may come as a surprise that he is now Lord Micky Flanagan of Hougun Manor after buying the title.<\/p>\n

He reveals: \u201cI behaved as though I was a lord for the day.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to a lawnmower museum. And then we had a street party and people got to meet me. I opened a toilet as well.<\/p>\n

I’d get rid of Christmas (because it’s s**t) and working on Mondays<\/p>\n

Micky On BEING PM<\/span><\/cite><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u201cI tried to put myself in a position where everyone is fawning around you. It was fantastic.\u201d<\/p>\n

The series also looks at politics as Micky comes face-to-face with \u201cthe very difficult\u201d Nigel Farage.<\/p>\n

He says: \u201cHe has bodyguards round the clock making sure he doesn\u2019t drink himself to death.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m really worried he might drop a cigarette in bed.\u201d But Micky hopes to follow in Farage\u2019s footsteps by running to be an MP.<\/p>\n

Micky appeared in I Love My Country BBC series in 2013<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

He reveals: \u201cI would entertain the idea of getting into some position where I can change things.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just have to be very careful as I know I will go straight to the top.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would get rid of Christmas because it\u2019s s**t. And working on Mondays I would outlaw.\u201d<\/p>\n

After a bit of a debate over my love of Christmas, we end with a handshake \u2014 despite the orgy that was on offer at the start.<\/p>\n
