{"id":22541,"date":"2017-04-07T00:27:16","date_gmt":"2017-04-07T00:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=22541"},"modified":"2017-04-07T00:27:16","modified_gmt":"2017-04-07T00:27:16","slug":"passenger-hell-threatens-accuse-uber-driver-rape","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thefastfashion.com\/?p=22541","title":{"rendered":"Passenger from hell threatens to accuse Uber driver of rape"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An enraged Bronx woman threatened to falsely accuse an Uber driver of rape and assault \u2014 after he told her he didn\u2019t have a charger for her phone, footage shows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m going to start screaming out the window that you\u2019re raping me, that you raped me,\u201d the female passenger can be heard saying in a dashcam video<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>posted by LiveLeak.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will punch myself in the face and tell the cops you did it,\u201d she adds. \u201cYou wanna play?\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/7N0F1d9Nck0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The incident is said to have occurred Monday in the Bronx, according to the video-sharing website.<\/p>\n<p>The woman also hurled racial expletives at the driver and told him to \u201cgo back to your country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDonald Trump going to send you and your family back,\u201d she seethes. \u201cGet the f\u2013k out of my country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The heated exchange apparently stemmed from an argument over the driver not having an iPhone charger.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf I don\u2019t have a charger, politely ask me. I\u2019ll politely tell you, \u2018I\u2019m sorry, I don\u2019t have a charger,&#8217;\u201d the man says. \u201cBut you start disrespecting me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The woman\u2019s phone was supposedly dead and she thought Uber drivers were required to have chargers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t have to have a charger,\u201d the driver says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou do. You\u2019re supposed to,\u201d the woman replies.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the video, the passenger and the driver repeatedly tell each other to call police.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not getting out, call the cops,\u201d the woman says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will spit in your face, I\u2019m from the Bronx,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAre you gonna shut up so I can take you to your destination?\u201d the driver asks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will punch myself in the face and tell the cops you did it,\u201d the woman says. \u201cYou\u2019re going to jail \u2026 You wanna play yourself? I\u2019ll call the cops right now \u2026 I\u2019m going to tell them you\u2019re holding me against my will \u2026 You\u2019re going to jail for domestic violence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response, the driver simply says: \u201cYeah, whatever \u2026 Get out of my car.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After a few more seconds of arguing, he politely asks, \u201cWhat\u2019s wrong with you?\u201d \u2014 sparking another tirade from the woman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will spit in your face,\u201d she says again. \u201cI will violate you, n\u2014a.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Moments later, the rider snaps \u2014 screaming at the top of her lungs to call her boyfriend \u2014 all while the driver looks at the camera and smiles.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was taking you to your destination until you started talking s\u2013t,\u201d he says, just before the woman realizes she\u2019s being recorded.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy are you recording me,\u201d she yells, while punching the man\u2019s seats. \u201cHe just hit me in my face!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After he tells the passenger that she can \u201cmake up whatever lies [she] wants,\u201d the woman eventually gets out of the car and leaves.<\/p>\n<p>The driver \u2014 who claims to have been with Uber for \u201cover two years\u201d \u2014 can be heard venting about the incident as soon as she\u2019s gone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou see these stupid b\u2014hes,\u201d he says. \u201cYou see what she did. Stupid Bronx b\u2014h. See, people?! I\u2019m not saying all the females, some b\u2014-hes like this. F\u2014ing thot. This is Uptown New York, man. Bronx. We got stupid b\u2014hes out here. Sorry for my language. This is how Uber drivers goes [sic] through every f\u2013king day, man. People would disrespect us, talk s\u2013t to us like it\u2019s nothing, man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Several Uber drivers&nbsp;have been arrested in recent years for allegedly raping or assaulting female riders.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, a driver was arrested in Southern California on suspicion of sexually assaulting a women he picked up March 30.
