Frequent TV appearances have resulted in Conway emerging as a household name who is frequently mocked on NBC\u2019s \u201cSaturday Night Live.\u201d Many Conway defenders have pointed to various photos of President Obama with his feet on the desk in the Oval Office.<\/p>\n
