An Italian glamour model who promised to perform a sex act on 19.4million voters is to extend her X-rated offer to the UK.<\/p>\n
Paola Saulino declared she would give oral sex to everyone who rejected constitutional reforms in Italy’s referendum last year – and embarked upon her ‘Pompa Tour’ last month to show she was a ‘women of her word’.<\/p>\n
The word ‘Pompa’ means pump in Italian \u2013 and is slang for the sex act she is offering the ‘No’ voters.<\/p>\n

Despite being ‘tired’ after dishing out 400 ‘treats’ in the first leg, Paola has now announced plans to bring the tour to the UK.<\/p>\n
She said wanted to reward the ‘No’ voters among the estimated 162,000 Italians living in the country.<\/p>\n
She told the Daily Star : “The British Italians who voted ‘No’ in referendum are very smart.<\/p>\n
“For this reason I would like to give them the best b***job.<\/p>\n
“I think that their energy was important for us. Thank you guys.<\/p>\n
\u201cI urge all of them to get in touch.<\/p>\n

When 59 per cent of the electorate voted to reject the reforms in November, most people had expected the aspiring actress to backtrack on her provocative pledge.<\/p>\n
But Paola – who is originally from from Napoli but lives in Los Angeles – swiftly announced the 10-date tour after telling her fans: \u201cI am a woman of my word\u201d.<\/p>\n
The first leg of Paola’s provocative tour kicked off in Rome on January 7 and ended in Palermo on January 21.<\/p>\n
She embarked upon the second leg taking in 11 other Italian towns and cities earlier this month.<\/p>\n
Despite complaining of “jaw ache,” Paola has claimed she now plans to continue until she has pleasured a million voters.<\/p>\n
Paola has spoken of the “stress” and “tiredness” involved in performing sex acts on hundreds of strangers.<\/p>\n
She said she performs them in a private room and that she “sometimes asks for a time out”.<\/p>\n
All eligible British Italians will be placed into a lottery draw, with 1,000 ‘presents’ up for grabs, according to the model.<\/p>\n
She plans to perform sex acts on 100 people in each of 10 UK cities.<\/p>\n
