Balancing smart and colorful as always, the <\/span>Duchess of Cambridge <\/span>sported a magenta skirt suit during an outing on Monday evening.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old royal wore an Oscar de la Renta piece to a conference with health writers, and though it was indeed a bright color choice \u2014 and above the knee \u2014 it was also appropriately chic.<\/p>\n

This is the first time she\u2019s worn ODLR, a brand that\u2019s beloved by first ladies in the United States.<\/p>\n

She teamed the look with low-key accessories including diamond drop earrings, black court shoes, and a black clutch.<\/p>\n

The peplum jacket along with the box-pleated skirt ensemble wasn\u2019t too different from the Duchess\u2019s outfit the previous day, which comprised of a <\/span>bright-red two piece <\/span>featuring a pencil skirt.<\/p>\n

Middleton joined her husband at the event, which featured a number of guest speakers. The Anxiety Epidemic conference was held in support of the mental health campaign Heads Together, which aims to raise awareness of mental health issues and spark positive conversation on the topic.<\/p>\n
