ActressÂ Dakota Johnson, 31, looked as stunning and strong as ever on the red carpet of the Venice International Film Festival at the premiere of her filmÂ The Lost Daughter. She shined bright like a diamond and so did her full-length, gem-encrusted sheer gown from Gucci.
It’s a sparkly masterpiece with fringe all over, including some dramatic shoulder pads. Underneath, she rocked a barely-there nude body suit that was definitely a little cheeky.Â DakotaÂ accessorized the look with her seriously toned legs and booty.
Dakota’s stylist,Â Kate Young, shared lots of snaps of the star on her Instagram account, including some behind-the-scenes shots. Paris Hilton commented, “đ„đ„đ„”, and actress Lili Reinhart left her a “đđ»”. Their reactions are spot on, tbh.
To stay in shape, Dakota likes to take hot Pilates classes, and has been spotted heading in and out of classes, perÂ Daily Mail. And, to prep for her role in the second and thirdÂ Fifty ShadesÂ movies, Dakota’s trainer, Ramona Braganza, helped her work out five days a week. “Although we worked on building out her shoulders, keeping her butt, and toning her abs and arms, the main goal was to get her moving 30 minutes a day,” Braganza toldÂ Cosmopolitan.
And to boost her booty goals, she also incorporatedÂ ankle weights. “During most workouts, we did lots of moves lying down wearing the ankle weights to raise the intensity,” Braganza noted.
She also did a mix of Pilates, yoga-inspired moves, and cardio. “When you do the same exercises all the time, you begin to build muscle bulk,” she added. “Our goal was to tone her muscles, so we trained in different ways.” I’d say that’s one mission accomplished.
