Emily Ratajkowski is lapping up life as a mum-to-be after announcing she and her husband were expecting their first child together in late October.
The 29-year-old flaunted her pregnancy ‘glow’ while relaxing poolside in a white bikini top and matching pants on Tuesday. Emily shared a trio of sunny selfies to Instagram prompting a flood of compliments from her followers in the comments.
“Pretty mama,” wrote one while another remarked on the actor/model’s “Pregnancy glow”.
“Wow I wanna be like this when I got pregnant,” said one.
The Gone Girl star shaded her face with a broad-brimmed hat and made sure to accessorise with a large gold ‘S’ necklace which is no doubt a nod to her hubby, Sebastian Bear-McClard.
Emily revealed her baby news in a very personal essay for Vogue in which she explained why the couple doesn’t want to reveal their little one’s gender.
“When my husband and I tell friends that I’m pregnant, their first question after ‘Congratulations’ is almost always ‘Do you know what you want?” We like to respond that we won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then,” she wrote.
“Everyone laughs at this. There is a truth to our line, though, one that hints at possibilities that are much more complex than whatever genitalia our child might be born with: the truth that we ultimately have no idea who — rather than what — is growing inside my belly.”
Hours later she followed up by posting a jaw-dropping nude mirror selfie which she captioned, “20 weeks getting to know my new body.”
Emily and Sebastian got married in a surprise ceremony in February 2018, just weeks after Emily split with longtime boyfriend Jeff Magid.
