Police confirmed they’re investigating assault claims
Stephanie Davis has been named as the alleged victim of her ex-boyfriend Jeremy McConnell.
It’s alleged shaken Steph was forced to call the police after volatile Jeremy started behaving oddly while at the home she shares with their baby son Caben-Albi, a source confirmed to Mirror Online.
Jeremy is currently being investigated by police over allegations that he assaulted Steph in Liverpool.
The complaint was made last Sunday when the alleged victim Steph gave a statement to police.

A police spokesperson told Mirror Online: “Merseyside Police can confirm a report was received of an assault at a property on Thursday 9 March.
“Officers were contacted on Sunday, 12 March and an investigation into the incident is on-going.
“At this time no arrests have been made.”
A representative for Jeremy told Mirror Online: “Jeremy denies any wrong doing, however he is fully cooperating with the police in their investigations”
He recently made a huge commitment to his young son by trading his native Ireland for Liverpool.
But following the tragic loss of both his father and his aunt – in the space of mere days – Jeremy McConnell jetted back home for “space” as his relationship with ex Stephanie Davis has become “strained” once more.
According to The Sun , the former Celebrity Big Brother star, 26, has temporarily left the city so that he can spend some time with close friends and family in Ireland.
A source told the newspaper: “Jeremy has temporarily left Liverpool – where he’s been renting a flat nearby Stephanie’s home – to be with close friends and family in Ireland.
“He needs the support of loved ones during this tough time and has headed home so he can have space to properly grieve.”
They insider added that it’s been an “incredibly stressful” time for the tattooed model, adding his repaired relationship with the mother of his child has suffered.
“As a result his relationship with Stephanie has become strained again but hopefully some time apart will do them both good,” the source admitted.
The news comes as Jeremy and his family have suffered the heartache of losing his aunt – just days after he had buried his father, Eugene Cooke, last week.
His aunt’s death was the latest in a string of devastating deaths in his family after previously suffering the loss of both his mother and sister – something he opened up about during his stint on CBB .
Last week Stephanie was by Jeremy’s side as they attended the funeral of his father in Baldoyle, Dublin.
Their former flames – who share baby boy Caben Albi – have recently made efforts to rekindle their famously toxic relationship – with Jeremy even moving to Liverpool so he can be closer to his two-month-old son.
