And I saved the best for last because nothing screams holiday break like a head-to-upper-thigh glitter dress. The dress has an open back and cutouts on her booty to show off all those muscles. Someone has been doing her squats 👀🍑 This photo was captioned, “Can you see me? 🍦” and I most certainly do. And Dua, you’re looking fab!

So how exactly does the pop star stay so fit? Luckily for us, she’s more than willing to share her ways with the class! First things first, Dua kicks off the day by getting her sweat on. “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right,” she told Refinery29.
From there, Dua adds on more movements like yoga, Pilates, and strength training. As for cardio? “I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing,” Dua told Refinery29.
And on days where she’s really pressed for time (because let’s be real, Dua is a busy lady. The bops aren’t going to perform themselves!) she relies on a quick 15-minute HIIT session. “If I’ve got a really early call time I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to, to go and do a workout,” she told Viva. “So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way.”
While Dua likes to focus on nutritious meals, she also told Beauty Crew that she still loves her “naughty treats.” “But I try and limit it to days when I’m not as busy because if I do eat a doughnut, it usually puts me in a food coma,” she says. Love it.
