She has been pictured with her adult son, but you’d never tell she’d be old enough to be his mother.

But Liu has revealed that having a figure like hers doesn’t come without a price.

The mum from Xinyang city in central China’s Henan Province says she does a two-hour workout every day.

The workout photos that made her a star show her distance-running, swimming and even boxing.

She says it is important to do a mix of exercise types, so the body gets cardiovascular as well as strength training.

And she says she did not start working out seriously until the age of 30.

Last year she swam across the Malacca Strait between Peninsular Malaysia and Sumatra, a distance of around 37 miles.

And in September she plans to swim the Han River in South Korean capital Seoul, which is just over half a mile wide in parts.
