Donald Trump photobomber and other hair-raising eyebrow fails

Anyone who has ever tweezed a little too vigorously will feel the pain of these drawn on, painted on or just slapped on examples

Donald Trump is used to being the centre of attention.

So he’s probably a bit miffed that his speech repealing and replacing Obamacare was overshadowed by what viewers dubbed “the most bizarre eyebrows” they have ever seen.

In the background, to the left of the US president, a concerned, dark-haired woman can be seen nodding her head.

And her oddly-shaped brows have attracted serious attention from eagle-eyed Twitter users who quickly turned the unsuspecting woman into a meme.

But she’s not alone – not everyone has Cara Delevingne’s skills for looking her best in the brow department.

Thanks to the popularity of selfies online , there are plenty of examples of those who aimed for perfect and missed – in some cases, by a tragically long way.

Beauty bloggers and make-up artists may have flooded the likes of Instagram with their tips for taming and shaping facial fuzz , a skill which the average British women reportedly spends seven minutes a day perfecting.

But there are as many mistakes and mishaps are there are successes – and they’re much, much funnier.

Getting your eyebrows right

According to brow experts, creating the perfect eyebrows is perfectly simple.

Kurtis Dam-Mikkelsen, also known as Miss Fame , says there are five simple steps.

She told Elle.com : “The first thing you’re going to do is comb your hairs up to see where they need to be filled in, starting from the front working towards the tail of the brow.”

Then measure up – the best brow will be in alignment with your inner tear duct.

Next, apply some matte shadow to fill in the underside of the brow where it needs it.

Then, add detail: “Then adding a little bit more fullness to the front for that supermodel thickness, you’re going to take the Brow Pen and you’re going to just draw in hairs right at the front towards the nose and then you’re also going to add more density to the tail.”

Finally, finish with clear gel to set the perfect look.
