The unicorn beauty trend is still going strong, but the whimsical looks from Dior’s Haute Couture Show are probably the closest we’ll get to actual magic. From star-dusted eyes to glowing skin, this was one dreamy fashion affair.
Each of the models to grace the runway stepped out in a beauty look crafted by Dior Makeup creative and image director Peter Philips made up of rose-flushed cheeks, metallic star appliqués, and pink pouty lips.
According to The Cut, “Philips’s romantic look was inspired by designer Maria Grazia Chiuri’s celestial and woodland-inspired show, which included an elaborately mossy, enchanted-forest setting (guests received monogrammed green pillows!).”
To give the girls luminous complexions, Philips used Diorskin Forever Forever Foundation and the brand’s new CC cushion and Diorskin Forever Perfect Cushion. He added a soft hint of Diorskin Nude Air Luminizer in 001 along the brow bone, bridge of the nose, and the cupid’s bow to highlight.
As for the gleaming stars that brought the whole look together, The Cut reports the accessories were actually sourced by Philips himself.
